The Red Sox-Orioles game scheduled for Thursday has been postponed due to significant rainfall expected to continue through the evening in the Fenway area.
The game has been rescheduled as the first game of a split doubleheader on Friday, beginning at 1:35 p.m. Tickets for Thursday’s game will be good for admission to the rescheduled contest. Friday‘s regularly scheduled game remains at 7:10 p.m.
Brayan Bello will start the opener, with Lucas Giolito getting the nod for the second game. Both games will air on NESN.
