Rebecca Trachsel
Division 1: Lexington The MSTCA’s selection for Coach of the Year led her team to a Middlesex title and a third consecutive Division 1 championship, her seventh state title over 14 seasons. Trachsel ran indoor, outdoor, and cross-country at Colgate.
Cullen Hagan
Division 3: Billerica The MVC Coach of the Year led his alma mater to a third consecutive D3 state title with 75.5 points in the championship meet. The multi-season runner at Billerica (’98) and Stonehill (’02) owns a 119-24 record over 22 seasons.
Brendan Sullivan
Division 2: Bishop Feehan After five years as an assistant, the alum of Foxborough (’12) and Providence College (’16) has posted a 10-0 record in two regular seasons, earning a runner-up finish in the D2 state meet. Sullivan praised co-coach Steve Smith.
Brian Moore
Division 4: Newburyport The eight-year coach steered the Clippers to a runner-up finish in the Division 4 relays and a third-place finish at the Division 4 championship meet. The Brandeis alum was the MSTCA Coach of the Year in 2022.
J.C. Honer
Division 5: Pentucket After 15 years as an assistant, Honer took over the reins in 2025 and led the Panthers to an eighth-place finish at the Division 5 relays and sixth-place finish at the Division 5 championship. Pentucket will send five athletes to college track.
